This session explores how organizations can apply the «minimum viable company» concept to maintain mission effectiveness under prolonged pressure. We'll look at concrete approaches to building resilience in core functions, and analyze what changes when a temporary emergency becomes the sustainable operational norm.

Participants will discover practical frameworks and concrete examples for strengthening organizational performance in contexts of prolonged crisis.

Hosted by Christian de Boeck, This round table will focus on the challenges of safety and business continuity in an increasingly uncertain digital environment.

Discussions will focus on how organizations can strengthen their resilience in the face of cyber threats, p

rotect their critical data and guarantee business continuity in the event of a crisis, attack or technological failure.

Lastly, the discussion will examine the digital sovereignty as a strategic lever for anticipating risks, securing essential infrastructures and ensuring the continuity of activities: is it today a real bulwark, or an illusion in the face of the vulnerabilities of an increasingly dystopian world?

Work on data centers

Why bring data center experts together to discuss the challenges of resilience and sovereignty?

Against a backdrop of increasing cyberthreats, business continuity requirements and growing digital sovereignty issues, data infrastructures are becoming a strategic pillar for organizations and governments alike. Data centers are no longer just technical infrastructures: they are now a key element in guaranteeing operational resilience, data control and European technological autonomy, particularly in the context of new regulatory requirements such as the NIS2 directive.

Olivier Labbé, a former executive in the technology sector, now manages the development of datacenters in Europe and Africa via Via DC and BlueSun DC, combining strategic vision with operational expertise.

With the rise of the cloud and artificial intelligence, demand for data centers is exploding. These infrastructures, from generative AI to edge computing, are becoming key growth drivers, and are profoundly transforming regions.

During his keynote, he will present the new opportunities linked to the development of datacenters, explain how the various players are structuring this market, and share concrete keys to taking advantage of this booming sector at the service of economic and regional development.

This conference will focus on edge datacenters in mid-sized cities (Tier 2/3), which are now at a turning point. Demand for low-latency services is growing, but constraints such as cost effectiveness, access to energy and network density are lagging behind those of large metropolises.

The challenge is therefore to demonstrate a viable, scalable business model that goes beyond fads, by adapting real uses to the right territories, building efficient operating models and taking into account local and regulatory constraints.

This conference will address the essential role of the physical layer in data and communication infrastructures, often neglected but nonetheless decisive. It will explain why the protection of equipment, cables and installations is essential to avoid service interruptions. Through concrete examples, she will show how to ensure the reliability of networks, whether in an office, a datacenter or on a global scale, in order to guarantee continuous and secure communications.

This session explores the practical integration of DCIM within critical infrastructures, focusing on the need to bridge the gap between facilities and IT teams. It presents a proven roadmap for successful deployment, while taking into account operational constraints in the field.

In a world where regulations, threats and geopolitical realities are evolving faster than organizations can adapt, continuity is no longer a static discipline. This keynote explores how sovereignty, emerging technologies (quantum computing, artificial intelligence, etc.) as well as (cyber)security regulations (CER, NIS2, CRA, DORA, ...) are contributing to an increasingly fragmented threat landscape, redefining business continuity and operational resilience. It will also address how to make sense of ongoing disruption, prioritize what really matters, and identify the priorities on which executives need to focus their attention to remain resilient and in control.

Many organizations claim to be «resilient», but their culture often crumbles under real pressure. This session highlights the often invisible problems of mindset that silently undermine preparation and decision-making.

Through three clear and sometimes surprising lessons, we explain how to develop a mindset capable of reacting more intelligently, adapting more quickly and avoiding the false confidence that puts organizations at risk.

Expect some uncomfortable truths, but also concrete, directly applicable solutions.

In an age of multiple crises - between geopolitical upheavals, climatic instability and social tensions - traditional strategies and recovery plans are no longer enough.

This session explores how ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria offer a solid framework for strengthening the resilience and sovereignty of organizations. We'll see how integrating sustainability and social objectives at the heart of their identity enables organizations to develop the agility needed to overcome challenges and ensure their long-term survival.
